本日より企画展「近代のお食事展」開催します。
近代の人々はどのような食事をしていたのか資料を通してご覧いただければと思います。
昨日、資料に記述されていた料理を語り部さんに作っていただき試食会を行いました。後日、レシピを当ブログでご紹介したいと思います。
